Living in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, we aren't offered the opportunity to participate in the PLAY! Pokémon Program. 
As Pokémon TCG players, we encounter a significant barrier to joining the broader European or Global Ranking system.
The closest Local Leagues for : 
Latvia - 900km by land (Warsaw, PL), 500km (Bialystok, PL), ~1 hour flight (Stockholm, SE);
Lithuania - 600km by land (Warsaw, PL), 400km (Bialystok, PL), ~1 hour flight (Stockholm, SE);
Estonia - 100km by sea (Helsinki, FI) or more than 1000km by land (Warsaw, PL) or ~1h flight (Stockholm, SE);
these distances making it unreachable for the wast majority or players in local communities.

The Pokémon Company International developed ranking system for players all around globe, and as a part of Europe ranking we would like to have possibility to participate in this ranking not making 800km or 1h flight as normal to access the closest League.
The number of players in these Baltic states is growing, evidenced in informal competitions and fan-based meet-ups. We believe that Pokémon should not just be something we watch on TV or collect as memorabilia; it should be an active part of our community that brings people together.

For the years our Local Game Stores are holding organised play for Magic the Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh and other trading card games. 
Including Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia in the PLAY! Pokémon Program will not only meet the growing demand, but also show respect for equality of opportunities for Pokémon TCG players across Europe. Furthermore, it would significantly contribute to the expansion of the Pokémon brand and community in these underserved markets.
