Manipulation and Deceit reigns supreme in Alberta condo legislation revisions

One has to ask: WHO, within the NDP Government is getting paid, and how much are they getting paid, to so blatantly, consistently, arrogantly, and disrespectfully set up, mislead, blindside, undermine, trick, and betray Alberta condo owners who simply want to have a fair shake at establishing inclusive, fair, and balanced condo legislation? Last night, after spending hours with the core ACAT Research Team finalizing a 19 page document that identifies 29 condo legislation shortcomings and loopholes, I responded to the recently released Service Alberta condo survey. Within minutes, it was clear that we were being omnibused. Service Alberta has grouped volumes of questions together while only giving us opportunity to provide only one (1) response to their large bundle of varied topics. What trickery! A standard, fundamental survey design protocol is that you ask one question and then provide opportunity for a response to that single question and then you repeat that process. To bundle questions together, as Service Alberta did, suggests one of three things. They did what they did as part of a strategic plan to deliberately set up, bewilder, and deceive us OR they don’t even know that they don’t know how to design a survey, or both. Service Alberta, past and present, has spent MILLIONS of our tax dollars bungling the condo revision process. To add insult to injury, those doing the bungling are being paid big money, perks, and pensions to betray us.
