Condo boards/mgrs using Privacy Act to not disclose & who owns the copyright of our condo docs?

Hi - a quick update. I just posted contents of an email from Service Alberta Deputy Minister Tim Grant (www.albertacondominiums.ca in the DOCUMENTS tab/right corner) on questions I had related to how some condo boards/managers use the Privacy Act to not disclose information to owners AND secondly to inquire about who owns the content of our condo documents that are often sold on line by other organizations. Please have your contacts sign our petition, if they haven't already, as we need to generate greater energy behind this condo situation - it's time to bring it to closure considering the process was started in 2009! We need to see the Regulations that have been developed and get started on formulating the Condo Conflict Tribunal which is desperately needed by thousands of Alberta condo owners and their families.
