Due to Climate change air pollution is increasing day by day and daily average temperatures also increasing. Major contributor to this is vehicular air pollution. Vehicles also cause sound pollution mainly in cities. Smart cities are a myth without E vehicles, which are environmentally sustainable.

Major deterrent in adoption of E vehicle is high cost of ownership. Therefore we citizen of Haryana request Haryana Government to incentivise E vehicle  buyers in following ways :-

1. By extending  the subsidy benefit of E vehicle for minimum 5000 vehicles for private use , on purchase itself through vehicle showroom, and subsidy amount be deducted from cost of vehicle at showroom itself, like Delhi, Chandigarh and other states of India.
2. Road tax and RC registration should be free for Electric vehicles for personal use.
3. Toll tax should be exempted for E vehicle for personal use.
