We the undersigned fully support the redevelopment of the existing petrol filling station and shop.

The existing premises has been there in excess of 50 years and redevelopment is urgently required to be fit for purpose for the future. Some 10 years ago, the Welsh Government issued a document ('Positive Planning') - it provided guidance for a change in attitude from regulating development towards encouraging and supporting development. 

We urge the planning committee and the officers of Pembrokeshire County Council to heed this guidance enabling this much needed improvement.
