This petition has been started for ALL to have the opportunity to be apart of CHANGE. This is for our Children & Parents of children with Any Disability & or inability to communicate who relies on Public or Private schooling for both education & Safety. 

To HELP Prevent any and all forms of abuse in Special education classrooms. There should be a law requiring security cameras.

This law will further more ensure the safety to those children unable to vocalize their own feelings and concerns. 

Amongst many other things; This Law will HELP provide a piece mind to US parents as well as promote more trust in our Schools around our Country.
