Hi all, I just want to give everyone a quick update on my petition to get the Morgan Hill and M24 intersection changed.  So far, we have 596 signatures on this petition!!! 

I have been communicating with MDOT, RCOC, Senator Ruth Johnson, Bob Hoffman, an Oakland County commissioner, and Chris Barnett, the Orion Twp. Supervisor. I am so excited to say that MDOT does have a plan for changing that intersection!! I’ve been very impressed by the fast response times from all of the folks i mentioned.  The bigger problem now seems to be “getting it on the calendar”.  Seems like that part could take a year!  I do realize that the wheels of government do not move quickly, however, I am going to continue to try and “encourage” the ones in charge to CHOP! CHOP!! 

Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for signing my petition and supporting me, and my family in this endeavor!! I will post any further updates as soon as I have news!!
