Despite numerous sleepless nights spent trying to secure an appointment, my efforts have been met with non-responsive customer support. Hours of waiting on phone lines that never connect and countless unanswered emails have only added to my distress. To make matters worse, tickets are closed without resolution and available appointment slots are few and far between.

This situation has created a significant barrier for me and others like me who need to renew our visas in order to travel for work or visit family back home in India. The stress of not being able to fulfill these basic needs is overwhelming.
