One month ago today we started this petition.  NCDOT has asked for written comments to be submitted at each of three public meetings, the first of which is this evening at Pinehurst Elementary School, 5-7 PM. What better comment than 1900 people indicating their support to Improve the Circle, Don’t Destroy It.  The signature list as of Noon today will be printed and submitted with the petition itself, this evening, to NCDOT for the record.

Please continue to spread the word.  As we get more signatures, successive submissions will be provided to NCDOT at the public meetings on Thursday 7/18, 5-7 PM at the Moore County Agricultural Center in Carthage and Tuesday 7/23, 5-7 PM  at First Baptist Church in Aberdeen.
