Guess what? There is yet another development community meeting tomorrow.

This meeting is to rezone 5.34 acres along 163rd Ave right after the train crossing. The rezone request is to move from Residential Low Density (R-1) to Community Commercial (C-2) for Case # FS24-0119. 

We need to let the developers and the city know we cannot afford more development in this area until we have actual finite solutions to address the traffic, almost daily collisions, abysmal emergency response times, and more all impacting our safety.
