This city really seems allergic to pre-planning & investing in our future infrastructure.

City Council has a meeting tomorrow, 2/20 at 6pm. The last agenda item is about an impact study the city had completed by TischlerBise and initially had development impact fees specifically listed to be allocated towards roads and infrastructure.

Magically, the "revised" study they are planned to likely vote on tomorrow DOES NOT HAVE ANY ROAD IMPACT FEES. We cannot continue to allow the City and these greedy developers to get away with building more and more without providing adequate infrastructure. We aren't their cannon fodder and are not expendable. Show up tomorrow evening and address the council. Tell them NO unless they bring back the road fee line items.
