Well, City of Surprise strikes again.

This coming Thursday, 2/15, at 6PM in City Hall the Planning & Zoning Commission for Surprise has an item on the agenda for the rezoning of some land at 163rd Ave & Jomax. 

FS23-0552 is the meeting agenda item for project name 'Desert Arroyo Rezone,' located at 163rd Ave & Jomax intersection. This project aims to rezone from RR, RL-5, & the Legacy Village PAD to C-2 & R-3.

Surprise wants to put commercial developments and 475 apartment units on this corner!
