The intersection of Maskêkosihk Trail & 192 St NW can be difficult and unsafe for residents. Kids and families trying to cross the road face risks due to heavy traffic and limited pedestrian infrastructure. At the same time, vehicles experience long delays, sometimes waiting for a section to clear before being able to move. Traffic congestion at this intersection makes traveling stressful and potentially unsafe for everyone.

We are requesting that traffic safety and flow improvements be considered at this intersection. Possible solutions include:

1. Installing a crosswalk or pedestrian lights to make it safer for kids and families.
   
   2. Conducting a traffic study to evaluate congestion and safety risks.
   
   3. Adding speed reduction measures or better signage to alert drivers.
   
   We urge the City of Edmonton and 311 to review this area and take action to improve safety and traffic flow. We also ask MLA Nathan Ip to support our community by bringing attention to this issue and advocating for timely solutions.
