Details on overturned vehicle on Raymond at Washington School

Had this occurred during school hours with children and families present the situation could have been much more serious(tragic).

This T/C occurred on 4/22/24 at 1818 hrs. at Raymond and Howard.

Party 1 made an unsafe lane change at excessive speed and collided with Party 2. The collision forced Vehicle 1 to roll over sustaining major damage. Vehicle 2 sustained moderate damage.

Party 1 sustained minor injuries

Other than traffic violations no foul-play suspected, and no City property damage

Both drivers were M/H, adult Pasadena residents.
