Although the city is working on a larger NTMP for Raymond Ave,  This plan is taking much to long while drivers continue to run stop signs and speed on North Raymond Ave.

Quick builds for speed tables and barriers to deter U-Turns in from of Washington School has been submitted for approval and for council approval, Which may go before council in May or June 2024, then it could be months before work is work is completed.

Residents request that measure are expedited as there has been no visible change and behavior continues, regardless of the speed sign trailer being installed.  There have been reported incidents as of the last day of vehicles speeding running stop signs and passing down the middle of the street.

The speed signs currently installed are small, and only three in each direction from Orange Grove to Woodbury.   A distance that covers approx 2 miles.  The signs need to be larger and at least twice as many signs.

There is a "pilot" program that is on South Los Robles enhanced LED stop signs.  Pasadena DOT should consider this for at least two of the intersections.
