The housing officer and other departments constantly fobbed her off. Doing nothing. Plastering over wet brickwork twice. Painting over the mould. Changing one or two tiles that came loose in the bathroom. When extensive inner and outer work needs doing, repairing. Those aren't solving the route causes they're patched over. 

She my sister and animals ought be moved to a whole new property left trapped.
