They paid for a week's break to a nearby air B&B property. Whilst they still did nothing whatsoever. So why make my family members home then but no other time or urgency whatsoever otherwise 🤣. No reason to do so. But just for an industrial fan heater that was brought plugged in and left a week to dry the utility room out supposedly. Like that worked. Thick any excuse shoddy. Whole place is disgusting.

A clean up operation team was called so we thought place was getting the works a right super a rub down, decontaminated, everything. Someone turned up said don't need you your way to late. All let place flood for days before anyone come out eventually and we had to deal with it mop up sewage everywhere best we could. A cleaning team? It wasn't it was one bloke with a wallpaper scraper and sugar foam spray whatever he to test patch the mould on one of the other walls because as usual they wanted to just paint over everywhere 🤢💯 

Left living in sewage sapping place that spewed all out everywhere to live amongst still inbetween. Soaked into all the wooden floors, doors, flooded frames, floorings/furnishings, skirtings you name it. Could have been serious poorly. Wading through sodden sewage swamp where ever ya feet go your hands touch you have to move around all germs!
