Animal Welfare is fast becoming a Serious and Practical Concern in India and Worldwide as the spiritual and factual Awareness of human life and it's interconnectedness with Flora and Fauna of the entire planet is dawning rapidly upon Human Consciousness.

In View of the same,  it is High time that "Animal Welfare Board of country along with Elected party" pay attention to All things that Violate the Constitution w.r t **Animal Rights and Co-Existence**. 

Therefore it is Highly imperative that Animal Welfare Boards along with Elected Parties add the following points also to their New Term Manifestos. It is **NEED OF THE HOUR AS THERE IS RAPIDLY RISING EMPATHY FOR FLORA AND FAUNA OF THE COUNTRY AND ALL VOTERS PERSIST THAT THE GOVT SHOULD PLAY ITS JUSTIFIED ROLE IN ANIMAL PROTECTION AND WELL-BEING.**

All Political Parties need to implement these matters in their manifesto if they want **Votes of animal well wishers** -

1. Govt run Aw units in every town/village overseeing Protection, Feeding, Medical Treatment and Safe Sterilization of all domestic animals whose natural habitat loss has forced them to be trapped in human communities 
    2. Animal/Pet Trade and businesses are violating constitution that enforces Animal Protection as a Fundamental Duty. Regulate or stop these industries directly violating the Constitution 
3. Animal and Environment Cruelty Laws need to be amended with Stricter penalties 
4. A new Constitutional Court is very welcome as mentioned in Congress manifesto that can help to challenge any court order violating The country's Constitution
5. Total ban on pet trade as it makes animals look like soulless commodities to be bought and sold in market. As money is involved there is great exploitation 
6. **PASS GAU RAKSHA BILL** Total ban on dairy industry as the mother cow or mother buffalo's milk belongs to their children and Not to human beings 
7. Increase penalty on all those violating environmental norms including builders destroying forests and mangroves
8. Make All ANIMAL WELFARE RELATED INFO ABOUT govts MONETARY, LAND AND MANPOWER resources Available for **PUBLIC knowledge**
9.  Build cemetaries also for animal dead body burials in every gram panchayat and town
10. Stop **CRUEL LIVE EXPORTS OF ANIMALS FOR SLAUGHTER IN OTHER COUNTRIES**
11. LET THERE BE **GOVT BASED ADS** TO PROMOTE **VEGANISM** AND ALL ITS AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS WITH NECESSARY AND AVAILABLE PROOFS TO HELP PUBLIC SWITCH TO VEGANISM
12. BAN animal experiment and REPLACE WITH 3D printing processes
13. BAN Commercial ANIMAL rides and animals used for circus entertainment
14. Implement **stricter** wildlife rules even on adivasis and corrupt forest officials

Until the countrys businesses STOP VIOLATING CONSTITUTION FOR ANIMAL RIGHTS, PEOPLE PROTESTS AND LEGAL ACTIONS AS REQUIRED WILL CONTINUE TO PERSIST.
