The suggested improvements include providing clean water facilities for dogs and their owners; ensuring disability access to make the park inclusive for everyone; supplying dog bags to maintain cleanliness; building shelters for protection against weather elements; and installing washrooms for convenience.

These changes are not just about enhancing comfort but also about promoting inclusivity and responsible pet ownership. According to Statistics Canada (2016), approximately 41% of Canadian households include at least one dog. This statistic underscores the importance of having well-equipped dog parks that cater to everyone's needs.
