How can we require drivers to stop for pedestrians at Main & College? The HAWK beacon is a pedestrian-activated red light. This video comes from Lakewood, Ohio, where 2 of these devices were installed. Signing this petition has helped urge the Village of Bluffton and ODOT to consider more improvements at this intersection. Your comments are still needed!
