First Day of Hispanic Heritage Month (current sign count 39, next goal 50)

Today makes the first day of Hispanic Heritage Month. It is a key heritage month so I figured why not post an update today. This might be a change that might help them out as term limits might help open up more seats to minorities if a non minority eventually gets term limited out would lessen the incumbency bias for others to compete. More rotation could mean more people could have time in the spotlight and the possibility to hold some sort of governmental power that would effect others like them. All we need is to gain support for it by gaining signatures which we could get if you all could share as we didn't gain much signatures over the past week despite me posting on my other petitions and telling you to share in my previous petitions. This marks my third update in this general time frame. All I say do your best as well as I know I am and it doesn't seem enough by itself so I encourage you to help in any way you could.
