At the center of these issues is Gilbert Bigio, a billionaire oligarch, honorary consul to Israel, and the de facto leader of Haiti’s Jewish community. Gilbert Bigio is alleged to have armed gangs with Israeli & US made weapons. This has not only enabled violent massacres but also resulted in the displacement of thousands of innocent Haitians. His actions have directly empowered criminal groups, increasing their capacity to terrorize communities and destabilize the region further. The weapons, often untraceable, make it difficult to hold these gangs accountable, allowing a reign of terror to persist unchecked.

Moreover, Bigio is said to exploit his connections within Zionist networks to facilitate arms trafficking and launder profits through offshore accounts. These illicit activities finance the continued oppression and exploitation in Haiti, while hiding behind complex international networks.
