Ana and Sven from Amber drop honey are selling their farm and looking for someone to take over Amber Drop Honey. Sven on his way to set up his stand at the honey markets somehow survived but was severely injured in a car accident as a result of another driver falling asleep behind the wheel.

Ana “ We love that we were able to rescue hundreds of colonies and building this business from scratch, and we are super proud of every jar we put out into the world.

However, our focus now will be on Sven’s recovery and we needed to go back to basics.

We will continue pampering our bees so that they keep making fantastic honey, and the person/s that takes over will run the honey-bottling and honey-selling part of the business.

Do you, as a customer, need to panic?

Absolutely not. We will continue to do our thing until we find the perfect person, so you won't miss a beat.

How do you know if this is for you?

Well, it is not rocket science as we have all our systems in place, and of course, we will be there to train you.

Beekeeping knowledge is not necessary; however, a love of honey won't go astray.

You don't need to live on the Mid North Coast, but I hear there is a beautiful farm for sale in the area. (

You should be reasonably strong as some lifting is required (honey is heavy, I'll have you know).
So, if you know of anyone looking for a sea-change or a work-change (or both), send them our way. :-
