Zero waste honey.

There is a new way to buy pristine raw honey direct from the beekeeper and it is zero waste. Ana & Sven from Amber Drop Honey have pioneered a system that allows them to sell raw Eucalyptus honey in compostable satchels through the postal service.

The aim is for everyone to be able to purchase pristine honey from all around Australia at a reasonable price whilst also paying the beekeeper a fair price.

The honeymap is great and it is still very effective, but not everyone can get to their local beekeepers.

Some larger apiaries don’t want to sell to packers who import honey or disrespect the honey by heating it and blending it.

If you are a beekeeper and would like another avenue to sell your honey, please, fill out the form in this page:

If you are a café, restaurant, market stall owner etc that needs a consistent supply of bulk raw honey (also bulk Manuka honey is available) please contact Ana direct at info@amberdrophoney.com.au. 15kg and 30kg buckets also available.

The satchels hold 750g. Once received, they are easily decanted into your favourite honey jar. Once decanted, peel the label off and place the satchel in the compost bin.

If we cut out the greedy corporations and consumers buy honey direct from the beekeepers we can have a thriving honey and pollination industry.

Please try this system out and give me feedback, you can buy through this link:
