Thanks so much for your support. Three Court of Appeal judges heard my appeal on Friday the 17th against the Capilano company gagging of me.
My lawyer David Barrow put my case arguing that the journalist Shane Dowling had gags lifted on him in NSW last year for saying some of the same things I want to say. So why not here in Victoria?
On Thursday the 16th May Judge Daly also gave a judgment. Capilano were ordered to give me more details about their case. And I am allowed to keep a special reply to attack defence from when I was attacked by the Capilano CEO where he said things had been proven against me by a court of law. Which was totally wrong.
