Capilano Honey and CEO BenMcKee vs SimonMulvany (savethebeesaustralia) The NSW Supreme Court is the last place I thought I end up when I started savethebeesaustralia and campaigning for country of origin food labelling. I have had two court hearings in the Supreme Court of NSW in last month and we are awaiting a judges verdict to be delivered on the 1st of September. This is not the final hearing but we hope the interim verdict allows me to express more clearly my opinion on companies that are importing and blending foreign honey with Australian honey (honey laundering ). At the moment I am under a gag order and in risk of large penalties if I breach the orders. Next Saturday September 2nd 2017 I will hopefully be able to share more information. I am eternally great full for the overwhelming support it gives me the courage to see this out to the end.
