 We want to bring to the attention of the Telangana government, local media, assembly and ruling party, that the Telanagana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) city metro buses are becoming a challenge for its passengers due to seat misallocation. Multiple reports suggest that seats reserved for male passengers are being occupied by lady passengers. This issue calls for immediate rectification to ensure comfort and convenience for all passengers. We urge TSRTC's Managing Director, under whose authority seat allocation policy falls, to pass strict orders ensuring ladies do not occupy seats reserved specifically for gentlemen. It is crucial that clear instructions be given to conductors to effectively implement and adhere to the guidelines. In a time where public transport forms the backbone of daily commute for many, it is important to ensure rules are respected and followed by all to ensure fair treatment.
