As a parent, the safety of our children walking the streets in our neighborhood has become largely compromised. Due to speeding cars, we are increasingly concerned about the potential for serious accidents. Studies like the one from (IIHS) consistently show that speed bumps effectively reduce vehicle speeds, making streets safer for pedestrians. We are pleading with the local council to implement speed bumps.

Speed in residential areas disrupt the peace and pose a significant risk to pedestrians including vulnerable children. It is an issue that needs immediate attention. We ask for speed bumps to be installed on Miro street to curb reckless driving and prevent a tragedy
