As an avid player of Modern Warfare and Warzone, I understand the thrill of the game and the satisfaction of mastering it. Sometime this leads to incredible successes that often raise eyebrows. Yet, there's a darker side to this. What feels like an accomplishment often becomes a nightmare when false reporting happens.

The victims of this are not just "good players" or "pros." They are legit players that play only a few hours a week, and also individuals like me, who have dedicated themselves to the game and honed their skills through hours of gameplay. The personal experience of getting mass reported for being good at the game, and as a result, getting disconnected from the server and placed in a limited matchmaking state for 14 days if not more, is quite disheartening.

The consequences of these false reports are severe, with players unable to participate in regular matchmaking for an extend period of time. If reported again, the punishment becomes even harsher. This injustice is not only disheartening but also discourages fair play.

Without concrete evidence, these reports can be misused, leading to punishment of innocent players. The system needs to be made more just, more transparent and hold those accountable who misuse the reporting feature.

What we are asking for is simple: Require that all false reporters in Modern Warfare and Warzone be proportionally punished for falsely reporting legitimate players. This will promote not just fair play, but also a more positive gaming environment. The impact of false reporting on players' experience and mental wellbeing should not be overlooked.
