Presently having children suffering from Thalassemia Major are responsible for non implementation

Unfortunately relatives of known Thalassemia families claim having no concern with Thalassemia resulting Rule ONE THALASSEMIA MINOR SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO MARRY ANOTHER THALASSEMIA MINOR is IGNORING accordingly birth of children suffering from Thalassemia Major in future generations again claiming it was not there blaming the mothers who gave birth to children suffering from Thalassemia Major.
