Implement Mandatory Display of Ownership and Staff Details in Ganpati Idol Shops

Implement Mandatory Display of Ownership and Staff Details in Ganpati Idol Shops
The Issue
The worship of Shri Ganpati is a significant celebration for the Hindus, with people flocking to shops to purchase Ganpati idols and related items. In this scenario, transparency and accountability in business operations are crucial.
However, there's a marked lack of it within this market as many shops lack visibly portrayed information regarding the shop owner and staff members. Non-Hindu owners use deceptive Hindu names for their stores, pretending to be Hindus selling Ganpati idols and related material. Also, we are unaware about the craftsmen who carve these idols, also whether they are believers in Shri Ganesh's worship or not.
As customers, we have a right to accurate and comprehensive information on the people we're dealing with. The absence of clear information hampers trust and inhibits informed decisions, often leading to exploitation and fraud. We don't want to buy our Ganpati idols from disbelievers.
There's a pressing need for regulations enforcing the mandatory display of shop-owner's and employees' information, resulting in transparent and safe transactions, improved customer service and greater accountability.
Join hands in urging regulatory authorities to enact laws swiftly and efficiently requiring all Ganpati Idol shops to prominently display ownership and worker details.
It's in the best interest of the customer base that is millions strong and a vital step towards a just and fair celebration of our festival, without the fear of dealing with non-Hindus pretending to be Hindus.
Please sign this petition to enforce all Ganpat idol shopowners and staff to display their names and details. Ganpati Bappa Morya.
