Transgender kids are often targeted, ridiculed, and made to feel unsafe simply for using the bathroom corresponding to their gender identity. By establishing gender-neutral bathrooms, we can take a step towards ensuring safety and reducing the anxiety and distress these students experience daily.

Gender-neutral bathrooms with urinals would not only accommodate all genders but also promote a sense of belonging and acceptance, reducing incidents of bullying and discrimination. Schools in other cities, like Philadelphia, have successfully integrated such facilities, leading to a more inclusive environment.
