Without menstrual products, many students will be negatively impacted and are not able to fully participate in class. In America, 20 percent of girls have left school early or missed school entirely; it's time for change (source: Period Equity).

At Lynn Classical, we believe that all students deserve equal opportunities and resources for their health and well-being. Despite menstrual products being offered in the nurse's office, it is often a hassle for students to travel there. 

We are calling on the school to provide free menstrual products or let us work to fundraise to provide them. They should be available within all female and gender-neutral bathrooms. By doing this, equality will be promoted, but it will also be ensured that no student misses out on learning due to a natural biological process.
