Update! Ive been away due to my father passing and i am now back home and onboard to push what we seek. I have spoken with my lawyer and if possible will need more people or victims to stand up and start there own petition as well for us to actually make a change. I've returned home to not only more ignorance from our slumlords but more games they want to play. After wining first u lawful detainer they have not paid us out, they have tried to force us to sign a new lease in same unit, began to start a new unlawful detainer, and now are serving us a demolishing 60 day notice. We've had multiple pest control come to house without notice as well as crooked mold inspections with no response from the office on my end or the city's code inspectors. They have been ignoring city officials as well. I'll be reporting to news channels to get a real reaction and hopefully some truth from our petty slumlords and management. Hopefully seeking more help from fair housing and city officials.
