A new article from the Denver Gazette features an interview with a former Jeffco employee, who hasn't worked for the district since February, who said a credit card was added to her PayPal account with a billing address of the district offices. 

Jeffco still hasn't responded to our request for a meeting. We'll likely resend it soon, but it's continuing to look bad for them.
