Today I got correspondence from the coroners court, 

The coroner intends to direct a recommendation regarding the need to formally document arrangements for notifying a patient's Next of Kin when they fail to attend an appointment.

As the coroner will be making a recommendation, the finding will need be published on the Court's website, and they will be required to respond to the recommendation within 3 months. The response to the recommendation will also be published on the website.
