Implement a Multi-Level, Free-to-Use Bike Park in Buffalo, NY

Implement a Multi-Level, Free-to-Use Bike Park in Buffalo, NY
The Issue
(I DO NOT OWN ANY PICTURES OR VIDEOS SHOWN ON THIS PETITION)
I am a dedicated mountain biking enthusiast in Buffalo, NY. I have seen how our Lakeside Bike Park, although it provides a great pump track, lacks the comprehensive features that would allow both adults and children to fully engage with the sport. There is no place where we can practice big jumps, downhills, or other features that give life to mountain biking trails.
This realization led me to envision a bike park similar to "The Railyard" in Rogers, Arkansas, that offers multiple difficulty levels: Novice-Extremely Easy/White Circle, Beginner-Easy/Green Circle, Intermediate-Medium/Blue Square, Hard/Black Diamond, and Extremely Hard/Double Black Diamond. Infusing such diversity in our park could significantly boost our local biking community.
Moreover, the bike park I envision would be free to use and fully paved, ensuring maximum accessibility for all interested parties regardless of their skill level or socio-economic status.
Recent research has shown that well-equipped parks not only boost local tourism but also have a positive impact on public health and community engagement (source: American Recreation Coalition).
Considering the potential benefits, I urge Buffalo's park authorities to expand Lakeside Bike Park, incorporating its present attributes with features akin to those of The Railyard. This would be a phenomenal addition and a monumental step towards transforming Buffalo into a hub for passionate bikers nationwide.
Please sign this petition to push for more versatile and accessible biking facilities, starting with an improved Lakeside Bike Park. Your support could create a significant positive impact on our community. Let's join together to make this a reality.
