I started this petition to install a Possum Crossing Sign on Milner Cresent in Wollstonecraft, NSW to protect the native wildlife from the traffic.

There has been a devastating increase in wildlife roadkill in a small suburb of Sydney called Wollstonecraft. Recently, there have been quite a few possums that have been run over by speeding traffic.

Multiple reports have been made and I have witnessed WIRES rescue coming out on numerous occasions. As it is also the prime of brushtail mating season, I fear an increase in these brutal road kills. Please help me protect the brushtails of Wollstonecraft by adding a road sign on Milners Cresent.

This road sign will force the drivers of this area to pay attention to the road and prevent the native fauna from suffering deaths that could have been avoided.

I am creating this petition to further persuade the Representative Council of the North Shore to take immediate action.
