People of all colors, genders, and ethnicities standing have experienced a almost never before seen estrangement from their country due to abuse of power, oligarchism, fascism, censorship and  manipulation of the working middle and lower class. 

We the people of the Pink Panther Party demand our constitutional rights and the American constitution as well, the declaration of independence  be upheld and respected by our government. 

The constitution's preamble states that our government was instilled to secure the rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, If failed to do so, WE the people, stated in the United States Declaration of Independence have the right to change or abolish a government destructive to these rights. 

We have the right to create a new government that is based on principles that will ensure our happiness, safety and tranquility. Not four years from now, today. Our duty is to the youth of today and the future generations to come. Deny, defend, depose.
