I am writing this petition with a heavy heart, motivated by the alarming case of Renee Good, an American citizen who was publicly labeled a “domestic terrorist” by a senior government official without evidence or a fair investigation. Such reckless labeling represents a serious abuse of power and a violation of fundamental civil liberties.

If this can happen to Renee Good, it can happen to anyone. This kind of unchecked authority threatens the very foundation of our constitutional rights.
We place trust in government officials to uphold the Constitution and protect the rights and freedoms of all citizens. When individuals in positions of power misuse their authority to make unsubstantiated and dangerous public accusations, they erode public trust and endanger the integrity of our democracy.

Kristi Noem’s actions, including publicly labeling Renee Good without substantiated evidence, reflect conduct unfit for someone entrusted with overseeing homeland security. Such actions not only endanger individuals but also undermine confidence in our governmental institutions.

Impeachment is not a step that should be taken lightly. However, when an official abuses their power in a manner that threatens civil liberties and public trust, accountability is not optional — it is necessary. No government official should be permitted to act above the laws designed to protect us all.

We demand Congress support and or initiate articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. This is a critical step in safeguarding against the abuse of governmental authority and ensuring all officials are held to constitutional and ethical standards.
