Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito, Jr., Neil M. Gorsuch, Brett M. Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett just overturned Roe v Wade (Dobbs v Jacksons Women's Health Org) undoing 50 years of the right of choice and self-ownership for women, undermined and effectively reversed Miranda rights (Vega v. Tekoh), contradicted their position on the right for states to make decisions on laws by striking down New York's Gun Restrictions, and in Carson v Makin, effectively destroyed the First Amendment's Separation Clause between Church and State. Sotomayor wrote in the dissent of this case: “… In just a few years, the court has upended constitutional doctrine, shifting from a rule that permits states to decline to fund religious organizations to one that requires states in many circumstances to subsidize religious indoctrination with taxpayer dollars.” 

These Justices are anything but just. They lied under oath during their confirmation hearings, stating they wouldn't overturn Roe. They have violated their oaths of  office, and have not upheld the US Constitution. They have  enforced their own political biases, and attacked our Constitutionally Guaranteed Rights. Clarence Thomas, who's wife is now being investigated and will likely be charged for her involvement in the 1/6 insurrection attempt, has called for challenges to other SCOTUS rulings which protects access to contraception and birth control, same-sex marriage, or even the right to privacy for same-sex couples by outlawing anti-sodomy laws.

Nothing in the US Constitution asserts the Supreme Court to be a lifetime appointment, even if by tradition it has become such. The Congress has all right to organize the Judiciary including the Supreme Court as per Article III Section 1 of the US Constitution. The Congress can bring Articles of Impeachment against a Supreme Court Justice, and in fact it has happened in the past (see  Associate Justice Samuel Chase in 1805). 

We, the undersigned of this petition, demand and require of Congress that the listed Justices be Impeached, for perjury during their confirmation hearings, for undermining the US Constitution and violating their Oaths of Office, the purposeful and willful act of undermining the trust and authority of the Supreme Court and Judiciary, and the unethical political mockery made by them in the aforementioned cases. 

These Justices pose an existential threat to the safety and well being of the people of the United States, three of whom (Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett) were nominated by an insurrectionist, Donald J Trump and multiple of his political counterparts in the House and Senate during his tenure as President. And one of whom was likely intimately tied to the insurrection attempt (Thomas). If these five Justices are allowed to continue on as part of the Supreme Court of the United States, untold harm will befall this country, our government, our economy, and our people.
