Vince Verspico, a Registered Nurse at SCI Frackville was caught on live video harassing, stalking and threatening a man and his child at the Walmart in St. Clair. He is seen and heard threatening the man who was trying desperately to escape him as they enter the store. The frightened child went to Walmart Security and burst into tears, begging for help as Mr. Verspico once again, came out of nowhere and blocked the poor man's path and threatened him. This man cannot be allowed to continue as  a Nurse at SCI Frackville where he is responsible for the safety and well-being of hundreds of inmates. We demand his immediate termination because he is proven through video footage to be unstable and a threat to anyone he encounters. He cannot be allowed to administer what he seems to be care to defenseless inmates. It is clearly shown in a video from yesterday October 5th that the P.A. Department of Corrections cannot ensure the safety and civil rights of the inmates they are responsible for as long as this man is employed there.
