Chief minister doesn't have time for us.

Am out of ideas as to meet either Chief minister or Home minister. They are eternally busy, may be pacifying their MLA's demands for some or the other posts (media reports). The safety of citizens, is not their priority. How do we get them to come out with a statement on the current status of what ever action been taken or being planned. Anyone out there, who can help out.
