Under his disastrous tenure, our electoral process has been marred by unacceptable delays, blatant lack of transparency, and repeated, unforgivable errors. These failures have shattered public trust and disenfranchised countless voters. The time for action is NOW! 

**Key Issues:** 

-**Unacceptable Delays:** Significant delays in processing mail-in ballots have left voters in limbo, eroding confidence in our elections.

- **Opaque Processes:** The vote tallying process has been shrouded in secrecy, preventing voters and candidates from trusting the results.
- **Resource Mismanagement:** Despite promises, the Registrar's office has failed to efficiently manage elections, leading to widespread frustration and distrust.
- **Repeated Failures:** Past elections have seen the same issues, with no resolution in sight.
- **Public Outrage:** Mounting frustration and calls for accountability have been ignored for too long.
- **Ranked Choice Voting Blunders:** Major errors in the Nov. 2024 election have caused voter confusion and disenfranchisement.
- **Stonewalling:** Repeated delays in releasing Cast Vote Records and financial records have further eroded trust.

**Our Demands:**
- **Immediate Dismissal:** Fire Tim Dupuis as Registrar of Voters without delay.
- **Accountability:** Launch a thorough investigation into the failures of the Registrar's office and hold those responsible accountable.
- **Transparency:** Ensure transparent and timely communication from the Board of Supervisors regarding the steps they will take to rectify these issues.
