Incredible, eh? With just a few posts on social media 700 New Zealanders have felt strongly enough to sign this Petition. BUT, those in charge of our mental health and well-being continue to fob us off with the standard response: "While the pill may be a different size, or shape, or colour, that doesn’t affect the way it works inside the body. This means that it will have the same effect as the other brands and you shouldn’t have noticed any difference in how the medicine affects you." (PHARMAC's response to email). "Shouldn't" have noticed an effect? Many, many have! Let me reassure you that myself and my awesome colleague Heather Williams will not be fobbed off. We will continue to petition for an investigation into the reasons behind the real and life-altering effects caused by this medication change. Onwards to 1,000. Have a great weekend, Helen & Heather
