THAT Bank of India has obtained order dated 5.12.2017 in CA by fraud, by suppression & misrepresentation of vital facts to litigation.

Petitioner presented the truth by filing separate IAs, Review Petition. Writ Petition, Miscellaneous applications, and therefore also seeking recall of the order as per precedent laid down by the Supreme court in case of Chengalvarya Naidu/ Antulay. But none was even entertained and heard,

Then we had filed Contempt petition 423/20 for refusing to pay even as per the order obtained by fraud. however the Petition has been dismissed. And during the proceedings the Petitioner prayed to initiate inquiry in the matter, however Petitioner was orally told to seek that remedy separately.

accordingly we have efiled (MA) with id 4200/20 on 30.7.20 for initiating inquiry in the matter.
