Thank you everyone for your support over the past few weeks. It's good to know that many fans felt the same way about the House of Blues ticket outcome. Idiot Nation administrators said they were not notified about the show early enough to sell tickets by normal means. Idiot Nation is aware of where we stand and assured us that this will not be a reoccurring issue. To anyone that doesn't know, all scalped tickets were accepted at the show. House of Blues had no problem accepting prepaid gift cards with or without a matching ID. So if you're like many and willing to pay a ridiculous amount of money to see Green Day in an intimate environment, know despite what is advertised beforehand, venues will probably accept scalped tickets in the future. But enough with all the negativity. The band is working on new material and a tour will eventually follow. We will be waiting anxiously. For now, be happy for Green Day and give them time to celebrate their massive achievement. They earned their place in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and our support helped put them there.
