Ben Ece Acar. 6 yıldır İtalya’da tıp okuyorum. Bu yaz doktor olarak mezun oluyorum. Mezuniyet törenim Temmuz ayında Milano’da olacak. Ailem de yanımda olsun diye aylar öncesinden vize başvurusu yapmaya çalıştık. Ancak iDATA sisteminden randevu alamadık.

Ne zaman girsek, sistem dolu. Günde saatlerce denedik, günler geçti. Sistem çalışmıyor, sayfalar açılmıyor, site ilerlemiyor. Haftalardır, hatta aylardır deniyoruz ama sonuç alamıyoruz.

Hayatımda bir kez yaşayacağım bir anı, ailemle paylaşamayacağım. 6 yılın emeği, özlemi, gururu… ama ailem orada olamayacak. Ve bunun sebebi düzensiz, kapalı, erişilemez bir randevu sistemi.

Bu sadece benim hikâyem değil. Eğitim vizesi almak isteyen öğrenciler, turist olarak gitmek isteyenler, çocuğunu ziyaret etmek isteyen aileler — hiç kimse randevu alamıyor.

iDATA, Türkiye'de İtalya vize başvurularını yürüten tek kurum. Ama sistem ya kilitli, ya rastgele saatlerde açılıyor, ya da botlarla dolu. Gerçek insanlar erişemiyor.

Dünyada çok daha büyük acılar yaşanıyor, bunun farkındayım. Ama bu adaletsizliğe de sessiz kalmak istemedim. Bu kampanyayı başlatıyorum çünkü ben mezuniyetime ailemi getiremedim ama belki başkalarının aileleri yetişir.

I'm Ece Acar. I've been studying medicine in Italy for six years, and I'm graduating as a doctor this summer. My graduation ceremony will take place in July, in Milan. We tried to apply for an Italian visa months in advance so that my family could be there with me. But we couldn’t get an appointment through the iDATA system.

Every time we checked, it was full. We spent hours a day trying. Days went by. The system doesn't work — pages don’t load, the site crashes, it never progresses. We’ve been trying for weeks, even months, but with no results.

A moment I will only live once — I won’t be able to share it with my family. Six years of work, longing, pride… and yet, my family won’t be there. And the reason is a disorganized, opaque, and inaccessible appointment system.

This isn’t just my story. Students applying for education visas, families trying to visit loved ones, people wanting to travel for tourism — no one can get an appointment.

iDATA is the only institution handling Italian visa applications in Turkey. But the system is either locked, opens at random hours, or is flooded with bots. Real people can’t access it.

I know there are far greater tragedies happening in the world. But I didn’t want to stay silent about this injustice either. I’m starting this petition because I couldn’t have my family with me at my graduation — but maybe others still can.

Please support this cause. The iDATA appointment system must become fair, transparent, and accessible.
