Ok y’all - I have incredible news and a huge ask from you Breastfeeding Mamas!! The bill to legalize breastfeeding in Idaho is being written as we speak which is a huge step forward! What we need, however, are personal testimonies from mothers around the state to show legislatures how the lack of statute is affecting breastfeeding women. I have been asked to reach out and contact those who have signed the petition to provide me with their stories and personal testimonies of how you have been affected by not having a law in place that protects you while you breastfeed. That means I need to reach out to all of the Idahoans that signed my petition -and I currently have nearly 12,000 signatures! I’m asking that if you are a breastfeeding momma or have ever been a breastfeeding momma, that you please send me your testimony so that we can get this much-needed law in place.
