Some have asked me why I would want to remove a "Republican Governor" in a "Republican State."
Some have asked, "Who would replace him!?"

The process is quite simple if our representatives will move for us:

1. 66% of the Idaho House of Representatives vote to impeach Governor Brad Little.
2. Impeachment articles are delivered to the Senate and Governor Brad Little is suspended from acting further in his duties until trial.
3. 66% of the Idaho Senate votes to convict Brad Little for the crimes listed in this petition.
4. Lt. Governor Janice McGeachin becomes governor for the remainder of the term.

67-805A.  SUCCESSION TO OFFICE OF GOVERNOR. 
(1) In case of the death, resignation, or permanent removal from office for any cause of the governor, the lieutenant governor shall succeed to all of the powers, duties and emoluments of the office of governor for the residue of the term, and shall be, in all respects, the governor of the state. Upon such succession, the office of lieutenant governor is vacant, and shall be filled as provided by law.
